Cancelling an Order
If an order is cancelled before the fabric is cut, there will be a full refund. If your order has been processed and the fabric cut, there will be no cancellations or refunds. Wallcoverings are sold in rolls and if the order has been processed, there will be no cancellations or refunds. To cancel your order, email info@cottagetextiles.com or call 785-434-6381. Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 10am–3pm CST. Please allow one business day for a response. 

Returns & Exchanges 
Cottage Textiles does not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items
If your shipment is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier regarding a claim. Take photographs of the packaging and any damaged area(s) and note your order information to assist with filing your claim.
